Delivery & Returns Terms
STANDARD DELIVERY £1.99
(1-3 working days, no deliveries on Sundays or bank holidays)
Standard UK delivery is available at Tiger Tape at a cost of £1.99 per order. Orders placed before 3.00pm Monday to Friday will be processed for shipment the same day.
Any orders received after 3.00pm will be processed for shipment on the next working day.
Orders received on a Friday after 3 pm will be processed the following Monday or the next working day if a bank holiday.
We aim to deliver your order on next day delivery, but can on occasions take longer.
Condition of return
Tiger Tape guarantees your full satisfaction in the goods you have ordered. However, if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order you may return any goods purchased within 14 days from the date on which you received them for a full refund or an exchange subject to the terms set out below & our Terms & Conditions.
CONDITIONS OF RETURN
Please be careful when opening your package and do not use scissors or knives. If any items have been used, seals broken, if any of the product labels have been removed we cannot accept any returns.
You will not be able to return any goods unless all the following conditions have been met:

All goods to be returned must be shipped back to Tiger Tape returns address (or 3rd Party provider if stated on your returns form) within 14 days from the date the goods were delivered to you.

The goods must be returned to Tiger Tape in their original packaging; and attached as the item was shipped to you; and goods must be returned in their original condition;

The goods must not have been used, tampered with, modified, or damaged in any way;
If the return conditions are met, the customer service team will process your refund or exchange. In cases whereby a refund is required you will be refunded the price you paid for the item/s. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item you purchased is faulty or an incorrect item was sent to you. You will be responsible for all costs incurred in returning the goods to us and under no circumstances will any of these costs be refunded by Tiger Tape.
You are responsible for the goods arriving at our returns address safely. If the returned goods cannot be accepted by Tiger Tape for any reason, you will be notified of the reasons for this within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. If the returned goods cannot be accepted by us you may choose to have the goods re-delivered to you at your own expense. A member of the customer service team will liaise with you if this is the case. If you refuse the return delivery, Tiger Tape reserves the right to retain the goods returned and all sums paid for your purchase in full.
REFUND TIMESCALES
After Tiger Tape has received the returned goods and checked that the goods comply with the above requirements, you will receive an email to notify you that the returned goods have been accepted and a refund has been processed.
We aim to process all exchanges or refunds within 2 working days (Mon-Fri) upon receipt of your parcel. The time taken for a refund to credit your account depends on the credit or debit card company’s policies but this is usually credited back to your account within 3 to 5 working days from the point of refund being issued.
For the avoidance of doubt, refunds can only be made to the person who made the original payment for the goods and to that person’s credit/debit card or their online account.
